Flash Mob 5
This evening the mob formed in Central Park near 81st and Central Park West.
After standing sort of still among the trees for 3 minutes, the crowd of a few hundred people tweeted, twittered, shouted and finally chanted "Na-ture! Na-ture!" before disbanding.
Cameras were somewhat discouraged, and we were too busy making bird calls to take many photographs anyway...but we did see one guy moblogging on his camera phone and then calling his friend to report on the events while simlutaneously shooting with a mini dv camera and taking stills with a digital camera.

Vienna, Austria just created the second Flash Mob
in Europe. Rome, Italy was only a couple of hours
quicker.... And because it was sooo much fun,
we'll do it again on Wednesday, July 30.
Meeting point is Schwedenplatz near McDonald's
at 5 pm -- just in case you're around ;-))
